我嘗試用以下 formula 去幫佢地：

以我的睇法，用 3 大 factor 去揀工：
(s)alary, (p)rospect, (j)ob satisfaction
每人對呢三個 factor 份量都不同
以 10 為總和，你可以定：
(s) : (p) : (j)
4 : 3 : 3
然後你對要選擇的工作作出估計：
Job A vs Job B :
(s) 4 vs 6
(p) 5 vs 5
(j) 6 vs 4
計出總份：
Job A = 4 * 4 + 5 * 3 + 6 * 3 = 49
Job B = 6 * 4 + 5 * 3 + 4 * 3 = 51
結果得出 Job B 係好 D
